Cannot recommend Keilty enough. This was our second project with them - our first was a relatively small bathroom several years ago. This time it involved most of the first floor of our house, renovating the kitchen, and removing a load-bearing wall. They were professional, reasonably-priced, upfront with any issues, thorough, and exactly on schedule. Earlier this year we contracted with Keilty Remodeling to completely re-do our master bathroom. We replaced out tub/shower with a walk-in shower, moved our sinks and added cupboard space. All of the vendors which worked with Keilty were knowledgeable and friendly. Keilty's crew of workers were fun to work with. We've had Keilty do two projects for us, including installing a bathroom in our upstairs bonus room. They are true professionals, and we would never use anyone else for a remodeling project. Everything they have done for us turned out perfectly, and they always went above and beyond what they actually needed to do. Their scheduling is amazing, so our projects were never delayed while we waited for the next sub to come in. They were always right on schedule as promised. This is an A team. My husband and I went for a total kitchen remodel including removing a wall to create open space between our kitchen and main living area. They are responsive to all ideas and also willing to provide their own on things that we felt out of our league. Our project manager, Mike, was always reachable via text or call. Each subcontractor they use was equally delightful to work with, and we felt we got to know the team over the time frame. Even with very expected road blocks that came up during the early pandemic, they worked through each flawlessly and it ended up barely extending our time frame. We are thrilled with our final product and it has totally transformed our house.

Keilty Remodeling Inc. did a great job on my kitchen remodel. I chose to have my cabinets painted rather than replaced, and the results were very good. They look like new cabinets. I chose tile for my backsplash that was a little more difficult to install, but it looks great. Nothing but kudoes for this company. You can trust them.

After a lot of searching, we found Keilty Remodeling to do a total remodel of our kitchen. From the very first visit we were impressed. Bill came out to our house and took measurements and discussed how their business worked. We were never asked for money up front to start the project just as he stated. Chris then came out to go over all of the details of the project with us and brought out each of the people involved with their stage of the remodel so that we could meet them. We were given email addresses and phone numbers to call if we had any questions at all during the project. They always responded in a very timely manner. We were given a schedule/timeline for each stage of the project. They NEVER veered from that schedule and had our kitchen done when they said it would be even when there were a couple of set backs with drywall getting dried. The process was flawless and our kitchen turned out absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend Keilty Remodeling for any remodeling job you need. We know that if we ever need anything else done, we will call Chris and Bill at Keilty.

This was a whole house remodel and left nothing unchanged including moving and removing many walls. A big job. The Keilty team was very professional and used very experienced contractors on work that they did not do themselves. We really like the finished product. They helped us with many of our choices and matched us with a design professional when needed. It tuned out beautifully. Done on time and no budget surprises.

I do not have enough words to describe how easy, professional and overall great Keilty Remodeling was for us. The entire crew, the owners, Chris and Bill, the general contractor Mike and all the subcontractors, were very professional, courteous, kind and transparent. Everyone made sure to always keep us aware of the progress of the project, of any changes that needed to be made and to address any concerns we may have had. Additionally, another positive for us was how kind everyone was to our very friendly 80 lb yellow lab. She thoroughly enjoyed the attention she received and when contractors took a few moments to play with her.

We contracted with Keilty Remodeling in the September 2018 timeframe to complete a room addition for my mother. All in all, we have had a great experience with both Keilty and all of their subcontractors. “Everyone” involved in the project were very professional, friendly and stayed on schedule which was very important to us. We agreed on a date for completion and they hit it on the mark, During the construction project, the team was very attentive and responsive to email and phone calls. The quality of the design and work is outstanding and I would recommend Keilty to friends and family alike. They finished the construction in early November 2018 and like with any construction (especially additions) there are the typicalic adjustments and things found that need to be worked through. That’s said, to date, Keilty has gone the extra mile to ensure any issues have been addressed and I have little doubt they will continue to stand behind their work. Recently we hired Keilty Remodeling to update and refurbish our small hallway bathroom. From our first contact to the final walk through our experience with Keilty and their highly skilled sub contractors was positive on every level. Chris Keilty, Project Manager, Mike and the subcontractors were professional at every turn, communicated well and often with us and responded in a timely manner to any questions we had. I had an excellent experience with Keilty Remodeling on my kitchen and power room remodel. They were patient as we worked through several iterations of work scope and were always prompt with their responses. We completed a kitchen, great room, and master bathroom remodel with Keilty in February 2018 and couldn't be happier with it. The project was finished ahead of schedule and turned out just like we wanted. We were very impressed with their designer, sub contractors and especially the superintendent Mike. They were always respectful and understanding that we still had to live in our house and needed our space. I can't say enough good things about Keilty Remodeling. I originally inquired about a very minimal bathroom remodel, thinking this project would be too small, but they were willing to help and did a very nice job replacing our toilet/sink/vanity for an extremely reasonable price. We then contracted to add another room to our house. Keilty got the job done beautifully in record time with very little disruption to our lives. The addition was so perfect and harmonious, you'd never know this room was an "add on." We later asked them to replace a horrible shower unit, which they did to perfection, again, at a very reasonable price. When I asked Bill Keilty about replacing our tub/shower unit in our other bathroom, he actually recommended against it, telling me the Sun Valley marble was in great shape, the cast iron tub was worth saving, and that we could do without the remodel. True customer service.

My wife and I contracted with Keilty Remodeling to install a door at the top of the stairs leading in to our bonus room above the garage. They pointed out that just putting a door at the top of the stairs would make for an awkward and possibly dangerous situation when opening the door from upstairs and stepping immediately down onto the first step. So, their estimate included framing in a small extension to the stairway, sort of a landing at the top step, right before you reached the door when coming up the stairs. They actually completed the work sooner than what they'd estimated, and the finished project looks just like it was part of the original design of the house. Everything came together seamlessly, the texturing & paint matched perfectly, and it looks great. All the different subcontractors & company folks that worked on the project were very polite and efficient, and we would highly recommend Keilty Remodeling to other folks interested in having any home remodeling work done.

Keilty Remodeling earns the 5-star rating for their performance on my kitchen/dining room/entry way remodel. As the general contractor for the job, Keilty conducted a pre-job orientation/walk-through for all the subcontractors who would being working on my job. I had a chance to meet each of them and ask them questions and hear their concerns about my remodel - very professional. The job started on the date Keilty had scheduled in my contract. The de-construction phase was "dusty," however, Keilty workers setup "isolation zones" to keep the dust from migrating into the rest of my home. After de-construction had completed, remodeling activities proceeded pretty much as originally planned even though there were some hiccups at a couple points. This was a big job that was scheduled to take about 10 weeks. The actual time to completion was about 14 weeks due to flooring installation problems and a damaged range vent. The subcontractors associated with these two problem areas handled them professionally and as quickly as possible. Keilty Remodeling provided outstanding oversight of all the subcontracted work and always made me feel that Keilty Remodeling was on my side in getting issues resolved and my remodel completed to the highest standards. I am completely satisfied with the results of the remodel, and without reservation, recommend Keilty Remodeling to anyone looking for high quality workmanship at a fair price.

The Keilty team did a complete remodel of our master bath and we couldn't be happier with the work. From our first meeting to completion everything exceeded our high expectations. All of the subcontractors were professional and highly skilled. An original schedule was presented to us and status checks were communicated regularly. Now that this project is completed, we're already planning the next one, and Keilty Remodeling will be chosen again.

We hired Bill and Chris to remodel our kitchen. Our house is old so our kitchen isn't open or nicely sized like houses of today. With Keilty Remodeling's help, we ended up with a kitchen that is not only functional but beautiful! We never thought we could fit an island in our kitchen or make a small space seem so open. Wet bar in our entertainment room. Our wet bar was constructed in an unused corner of our entertainment room. Keilty Remodeling had to arrange to bring plumbing, waste water access and electrical to the area as well as cabinetry. Our initial design was optimistic for our budget so we had to pare down and Keilty Remodeling was very helpful in providing us information to help us make the best decisions to meet both our need and our budget. We love the look, versatility and convenience of our new wet bar. We plan to use Keilty Remodeling for future remodeling needs.

We hired Keilty Remodeling to do a large kitchen remodel in southeast boise. It involved expanding the house into the backyard and taking down and modifying walls inside and completely gutting the kitchen. We ended up not only remodeling the kitchen but replaced the old carpet and wood floor with tile throughout the main floor and updated a powder room. Working with keilty was a great experience, better then I could have imagined! Their project manager did a great job of creating a schedule and staying on track, the project took all summer but they finished on time. All of they're subcontractors were great and trust worthy. Everyone was so respectful as we had to live through the remodel. All of the work done was very high quality. I highly recommend this company for any of your remodeling needs!

We hired Keilty Remodeling to redo our galley-style kitchen in our older North End home. We'd started the conversations in March 2014 but couldn't launch until spring of 2015. Throughout, Chis and Bill were patient, courteous and professional. Once the remodel began, both of them and the contractors they hired to be in our home day after day for nearly six weeks were professional, talented and respectful of our wishes, our home and our multiple aging pets. We had requested two non-standard features that they hadn't dealt with before. They researched how to accomplish those features and pulled them off beautifully. The Keiltys remodeled the first floor of our home which included a complete remodel of the kitchen, living room, master, master bath, powder room and office. This required the removal and movement of walls, addition of a supporting beam, new air ducts, lighting and plumbing. They also added a porch to the back of the house, a walk-out egress window in the basement and double-pane windows throughout the house. Since we are in the historic district, the work required special permits which they obtained for us from the city. The Keiltys were very professional and helpful. We were very pleased with Keilty Remodeling. The staff and subcontractors are all very professional and courteous. They listened to our ideas and thoughts and were very accommodating to our wishes. We were very impressed with how they were always on schedule and communicated any changes in the schedule. They always kept the job site clean and safe. We were also impressed how they generated their bid for the work: they had their staff and subcontractors (electricians, plumbers, drywall, flooring, etc) show up on an afternoon to provide accurate estimates to build the total proposal. We really liked that, it seemed there were very few suprises during the remodel, since the subcontractors had been to the site and developed their estimates. Lastly, they were very good with their accounting. A number items actually came in less than estimated, which was a nice suprise! Keilty provides quality work that is guaranteed. They were responsive to our requests and I would definitely use them again.
